Everything you need to launch

Ponstudio turns a description into artwork, keeps every version you try, and deploys a collection contract that belongs to your wallet. This page walks the whole path and answers what people ask most.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish. Nothing here asks you to write a contract by hand.

  1. 1. Connect your wallet

Your wallet is your account. There is no password and no email to verify. Signing in costs nothing and creates your credit balance, which is what pays for generating and editing artwork.

  2. 2. Describe the work

Open the Studio and write what you want to see. Every generation is saved as version one of a project, so nothing you make is ever thrown away.

  3. 3. Edit by saying what changes

Ask for the sky to be deeper, the pose to shift, the palette to warm. Each edit becomes a new version that remembers the version it came from, and you can compare any two of them side by side.

  4. 4. Launch it

Pick the versions you want in a collection, set the name, supply and price, then deploy. The artwork and its metadata are pinned to IPFS first, so the collection keeps working even if this site does not.

What credits cover

The AI is the only thing credits pay for. Deploying and minting are settled in network gas from your own wallet and never touch your balance.

Generate an image

1 credit

One new version from a prompt.

Edit an image

2 credits

One new version from an instruction.

Deploy or mint

Gas only

Paid on chain, never from your balance.

Questions

Who owns the collection I deploy?
You do. The contract is created from an audited base and ownership transfers to your wallet in the same transaction that deploys it. Ponstudio holds no admin key and cannot pause, edit or take back anything you launch.
What are credits and how do I get them?
Credits meter the AI. A new account starts with a free balance, and every generation or edit debits it. Right now a generation costs 1 credit and an edit costs 2 credits. Every change to your balance is written to a ledger you can read on your dashboard.
Do I need my own OpenAI account?
No. Generation runs on the platform account, so there is nothing for you to connect, configure or pay for separately. Credits are the only thing you spend inside the Studio.
Where is the artwork stored?
Finished collections are pinned to IPFS, and the token metadata points at those pins. That is what makes a launch durable, because the files stay reachable through any public gateway rather than only through this site.
Which network does this run on?
Collections deploy to Robinhood Chain. You need a small amount of the native token to cover gas when you deploy, and collectors need enough to cover the mint price plus their own gas.
What does it cost to mint from a collection?
Whatever the creator set as the mint price, plus network gas. Ponstudio takes nothing from the mint itself, so the price you set is the price your collectors pay.
Can I change a collection after it is live?
The artwork, supply and price are fixed at deployment, because that is what makes them trustworthy to collect. If you want different terms, keep the versions in your library and deploy a new collection.
What is $PONSTUDIO?
It is the project token on the Pons Family launchpad. It is separate from the collections you create, and you never need it to use the Studio.

Words we use

Project
A workspace in the Studio holding one idea and every version you tried for it.
Version
One generation or one edit, saved with the prompt that produced it and the version it came from.
Collection
A deployed contract holding the versions you chose to publish, owned by your wallet.
Credit
The unit that meters generation and editing. One balance per account, with a full ledger.
Pin
A copy of a file kept on IPFS and addressed by its content, so the same address always returns the same bytes.

Ready when you are

Connect a wallet, describe one thing, and see the first version in seconds. You can decide later whether it deserves a contract.
